Lava Iris 504Q
Lava has just released its latest smart phone in its ever-expanding Eye line-up—the Lava Iris 504Q . Lava is focusing on the mid-end section with its cost above of Rs 13,000, and is looking to contend straight with companies Micromax’s Fabric line-up. Let us see if it can contend, shall we?
Design and build
The Lava Iris 504Q has a very simple and almost stylish style. The product actions at 140 x 73 x 8 mm. The top side is absolutely featureless with just the display and three capacitive control buttons below it—Menu, Home and Returning. Confusingly, though, the Selection key has the visual of the Latest Applications key personalized on to it, which puzzled us at first.
The back has a flat complete rubberised nasty protect, which seems enjoyable to keep and gives the Mobile a more stylish look. However, this is weakened by the awkward bright presenter grill near the end of the system. Near the top on the rear is an 8 mega-pixel present shooter. Below it is an LED display and the noise-cancellation Mic.
On the right part of the Mobile is the secure key, which enhances as an energy key, while the remaining part has the quantity rocking chairs. The top has all the slots, such as the 3.5 mm headset slot and the micro USB slot.
Features
The smart phone operates on Android Operating System 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and, amazingly, does not have any UI skinning by Lava. Under the bonnet, it’s operated by a quad-core Media Tek MT6589 processer which is 1.2GHz and 1GB of RAM. This creates it quite reasonable for your multi-tasking needs.
The Mobile comes included with Apps, such as the conventional range of Google’s Apps like the Perform Shop, which is your main resource for installing newly discovered Apps. It also comes included with some activities, such as Game loft Contemporary Fight 2. There is also the Combination mp3 gamer, which allows you flow and get any music, but the validity of this is doubtful at best.
Media
The Lava Iris 504Q comes included with two music players—the inventory Android operating system one and a customized gamer known as Combination designed by Lava. The customized gamer has a Holo concept, going with the relax of the Jelly Bean Mobile. The exclusive thing about the press gamer is that not only does it run your own music collection, but it also has a radio-esque function which you can use to flow music. The streaming music can even be downloadable to the system itself. This function, however, seems a bit bogus at best, and that is not just because of the validity of it. A number of music we explored for provided us coldly incorrect outcomes.
